Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, Robert developed a strong work ethic early in life. After graduating from Soquel High School, he continued his education while building a career in the automotive industry. Beginning as a mechanic with BMW in San Jose, he developed the technical foundation that would later support his advancement into leadership positions across transportation and fleet management.

Over the years, Robert has held progressively responsible leadership roles, including General Manager of Weston’s Auto Body, Fleet Supervisor for Monterey-Salinas Transit, and Area Fleet Operations Supervisor. His experience spans automotive operations, fleet maintenance, employee development, transportation logistics, and organizational leadership. Throughout each role, he has remained focused on building strong teams, improving operational performance, and creating environments where employees can succeed.

Robert believes leadership begins with integrity, honesty, and accountability.
